Who we are
MorphoGenix is an early-stage hardware project building an intraoral biometric device. The waitlist is operated by Wesley Gilbert ("we", "us"). You can reach us at privacy@morphogenix.ai.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form, we collect:
- Your email address (required)
- Your name, if you provide it (optional)
- The persona you select: Mewer, Bruxism sufferer, Mouth breather, Clinician, or Other (optional)
- Your free-text reason for interest (optional)
- The timestamp of your signup and the fact that you accepted this notice
Because persona and free-text reason may reveal information about your health (for example, "bruxism sufferer"), we treat this information as sensitive personal data under GDPR Article 9 and CCPA.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts beyond Cloudflare Turnstile (used only to block bots) and the Tailwind CSS stylesheet.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about the MorphoGenix beta program and to let you know when the device is available. Your explicit consent (the checkbox you tick on the signup form) is our lawful basis for processing.
Who we share it with
- Notion Labs, Inc. — our signup records are stored in a Notion database. Notion is our data processor.
- Fly.io — the host of this website. Fly sees your IP address when your browser connects (standard server log data).
- Cloudflare — only if Turnstile is enabled, to verify you are not a bot. Cloudflare sees your IP address and a bot-score challenge.
We do not sell or rent your information. Ever.
How long we keep it
Until the MorphoGenix beta program closes, plus 30 days. You can ask us to delete your record earlier at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@morphogenix.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 16. Please do not sign up if you are under 16.
Changes
If we change this notice materially we will email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
